Thrust cylindrical roller bearings consist of ring-shaped raceways (inner ring and outer ring) and an assembly comprising cylindrical rollers and a cage. Applications


Thrust ball bearings may be subjected to radial loads, which can be detrimental to the bearing; therefore, the clearance specified above is recommended. Thrust cylindrical roller bearings, however, are structurally designed not to bear radial loads, and therefore do not require such a large clearance.

FAQ



The fixed side ring (outer ring) does not need to be precisely positioned; however, a guide sleeve should be fitted to prevent the rollers from shifting during operation.
