Four-row tapered roller bearingsLow Friction Optimized machining reduces bearing friction, as well as noise and vibration. High Load Capacity and High Rigidity Capable of withstanding very high radial loads, as well as high bidirectional axial loads, with excellent rigidity. Long Service Life The four-row tapered outer ring design ensures optimal load distribution across all four rows of rollers. Interchangeability Bearings with and without spacers, as well as open and sealed bearings, all share the same external dimensions.

Four-row tapered roller bearings have extremely high load-carrying capacity and are widely used in the core components of heavy machinery. The performance of four-row tapered roller bearings is essentially the same as that of double-row tapered roller bearings, but they have a greater capacity to withstand radial loads and a lower limiting speed. Four-row tapered roller bearings are primarily used in rolling mills in the steel and non-ferrous metal industries. These bearings are designed to withstand extremely high radial and axial loads, as well as high-speed and shock loads, and are used in extremely adverse environmental conditions, such as high temperatures, water, and contamination. They are almost exclusively used in roll applications, such as strip mills, section mills, and tube mills.
