Single-direction thrust cylindrical roller bearingsSplit Design The inner ring, outer ring, and cylindrical roller-cage assembly can all be installed separately. Extended Bearing Service Life The rollers are specially profiled to significantly reduce peak stress and increase the bearing’s service life. Simple construction, high load capacity, and high rigidity. The rollers are prone to differential slippage, making them unsuitable for high-speed rotation. Additionally, a cage guidance structure must be designed.

Thrust cylindrical roller bearings consist of a flanged raceway ring, cylindrical rollers, and a cage assembly. The cylindrical rollers are machined with a convex surface, ensuring an even distribution of pressure between the rollers and the raceway surfaces. These bearings feature a separable design, allowing the shaft ring, housing ring, and rolling element assembly to be installed separately. During installation, the axis of the shaft must not be misaligned with the housing. They are suitable for low-speed applications, can withstand unidirectional axial loads, and cannot restrict radial displacement. They offer high axial load capacity and strong axial rigidity. Thrust cylindrical roller bearings are designed to withstand only axial loads and are suitable for applications requiring high load capacity and high axial rigidity. They are available in single-row and double-row designs; double-row thrust cylindrical roller bearings offer higher axial load capacity and can withstand heavier axial and impact loads. They are widely used in machine tool workpiece turntables, crusher turntables, extruders, automotive drivetrains, construction machinery, the wind power industry, mining equipment, industrial motors, and more.
