Thrust self-aligning roller bearings
Thrust self-aligning roller bearings are self-aligning. They are unaffected by mounting errors or shaft deflection. In addition to conventional products, there is the E-type (designated by the letter ¡®E¡¯ at the end of the model number), which is designed for high loads and utilises a stamped cage. For use on horizontal shafts or at high rotational speeds, bearings with a machined copper alloy cage are recommended.

1. The raceway of the outer ring is spherical in shape, providing self-aligning capability.
2. They have a high axial load-carrying capacity and can withstand relatively small radial loads.
